A native of Phoenix, Arizona, I grew up with a great appreciation and love for Mexican Cuisine.

My unique salsa, along with my green and red chile sauce, is a combination of old traditional recipes out of Socorro New Mexico, and my own fine-tuned additions.

After relocating from Phoenix, I opened my first restaurant in Helena, Montana, in 1993. Later I travelled to Cody, Wyoming, fell in love with the town and in 1994 decided to open a second Zapata's in Cody.

My patrons both local and nationwide have been enjoying these fine sauces since 1993, and now I am looking forward to sharing them with you.
